The Temi garden, the only tea estate in Sikkim, offers this splendid summer flush which features elegant, twisted leaves that infuse into a bright and sparkling cup, with a light and nutty aftertaste reminiscent of fresh chestnuts.
Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
