This exclusive green tea was commissioned in limited quantity from a remote garden on the Tai Mu Mountain of Fu Ding in Fujian Province, grown at an altitude of 1,000 metres. Processed from a single bud, this tea is green and delicate, rich in tea polyphenols and vitamin C.
Marvellously buttery with notes of honey, reminiscent of the finest white teas from the region, balanced by overtones of cedar and pine, Green of Fujian Tea is a truly extraordinary tea that offers the best of both worlds.
Pour 70°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 5 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
