Harvested from the cooler climes of the Bolaven Plateau, this lightly toasted tea evokes memories of a late summer afternoon. Dark olive-green to black leaves shimmer with bright gold-brown tips and yield a light and nutty infusion with buttery notes of walnut to leave a soft finish on the palate.
Pour 85°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
