Place 5 g of tea leaves per cup
STEP 2
Gently pour simmering water at an ideal temperature of 90°C (194°F) to 95°C (203°F)
STEP 3
Infuse the tea for 1 to 2 minutes

PAN-FRIED GREEN TEA

STEP 1
Place 5 g of tea leaves per cup
STEP 2
Gently pour simmering water at an ideal temperature of 70°C (158°F) to 95°C (203°F)
STEP 3
Infuse the tea for 3 minutes

Matcha/Matcha Nara

STEP 1
Place 1 to 2 Chashaku bamboo scoops, or 1 ½ g to 2 g, into the Rikyu Matcha Tea Bowl.
STEP 2
Pour 50 ml of water heated to 80°C (176°F) into the bowl
STEP 3
Gently whisk the mixture back and forth, gradually increasing speed until it becomes thick and smooth.

Gyokuro Harvests

Place 2 ½ g of tea leaves per cup
STEP 2
Gently pour simmering water at an ideal temperature of 65°C (149°F)
STEP 3
Infuse the tea for 3 minutes
