The olive-green leaves are long and thin and deliver a young, woody aroma, while the extraordinary percentage of celadon silver tips convey a sweet freshness. The translucent jonquil infusion exudes a remarkable balmy fragrance with a nutty aftertaste accented by notes of red clover that develop into a short and rich finish.
Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
