Gently pour simmering water at an ideal temperature of 85°C (185°F)

STEP 3

Infuse the tea for up to 7 minutes

Yin Zhen

To prepare a perfect cup of tea

STEP 1

Place 5 g of tea leaves per cup

STEP 2

Gently pour simmering water not exceeding a temperature of 70°C (158°F)

STEP 3

Infuse the tea for up to 15 minutes
