Yellow Teas

Yellow tea is the rarest tea, with only a few kilograms available from a harvest that takes place on just one day a year. Yellow tea is slightly fermented, with a sweet flavour. The leaves can be infused for as long as desired and never become bitter, leaving the palate with a floral aftertaste.
