This unique TWG Tea blend is composed of rare harvests from the slopes of the Wu Yi Mountain and combines some of the finest teas of China. Processed to 60% oxidation, this blue tea has been recognised for centuries for its health benefits. The dark-green leaves produce an amber-coloured cup of great sweetness with a royal taste of refined muscatel.
Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
