Single Estate Tea
Kilauea Mountain Oolong
Blue Tea / Oolong
Exceptionally rare and costly, this very limited harvest blue tea is grown in a cool, misty climate at an altitude of 1,100 metres in the world's most fertile, volcanic soil. Hand-rolled in muslin cloth and then pan-fried, this tea is very lightly oxidised. The pale yellow-green infusion yields mild tropical notes of green papaya, accented by a luscious aftertaste of ginger, honey and pine. Unique.
