Produced on the rolling Ali Mountain shrouded in clouds and mist, this luscious Taiwanese oolong is grown at an altitude of 1,200 metres above sea level in pristine alpine conditions. Picked and processed towards the end of spring, it is lightly fermented and produces a delicate, floral aroma and the sweet, crystalline flavour of the highlands.
Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
