Harvested in the month of May, this exeptional Japanese green tea is the result of a special cultivation method which shades the tea tree for a short time known as ‘kabuse cha’. Once harvested, this exceptional tea is deep steamed to yield a grassy green cup, a sweet, fresh flavour, and a velvety aftertaste with just a hint of ‘ooi-ka’. Divine.
Pour 80°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 2 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
