A tea of legends, this most extraordinary China oolong boasts beautiful hand-rolled, emerald-coloured leaves that are only partially oxidised to produce a smooth and silky flavour of white blossoms with gentle overtones of resin. A masterpiece that bears well the name of "Iron Buddha".
Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
