    There are few occasions in life when one can experience the work of a master artisan cultivated in an ancestral manner. The Gyokuro Minami is just such a tea. The last harvest of the late Kanetoshi Yamaguchi, who cultivated his garden in Hoshino village alone, this traditional Hon-Gyokuro is the result of over 30 years of experience. Sheltered for 18 days to produce a grassy bouquet, the needle-like leaves are luminescent and emerald green and yield a heady biscuity flavour when infused which quickly deepens into a gentle sweetness. The last work of a master tea producer.

  • Pour 55°C water over 10g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 2 and a half minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
