Gold tips, a highly sought after black tea which is sun-dried and oxidised naturally, are produced in extremely limited quantity and almost impossible to find. Blended with an extraordinary bergamot, this tea astonishes with a malty, honeyed flavour.
Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
