Let the yuletide feast begin with a refreshing mocktail of Grand Christmas Tea with pineapple and strawberry juice, soursop purée and Chantilly cream.
Enjoy a tantalising Australian Wagyu tenderloin with winter truffle veal jus accompanied by foie gras feuille de brick, heirloom beetroot and mustard seeds pickled with Noel! Noel! Tea, served with a parsnip and chestnut purée. Pair the main course with a smouldering cup of Grand Christmas Tea to enhance the rich flavours of the dish.
For a sweet nightcap, indulge in a Grand Christmas Tea infused strawberry banana log cake; or end on a high note with a Napoleon Tea infused hazelnut caramel log cake. There’s no better way to round off the joyous occasion!
