Upon his arrival in Singapore in 2008, Taha Bouqdib, TWG Tea’s Co-Founder, was mesmerised by the festivities surrounding the celebration of a bountiful harvest. The lively chatter of reunions accompanied by warm, glowing lanterns and enchanting mooncakes enthralled him, lighting a stroke of inspiration within. Fuelled by this sentiment, Taha poured his sensibilities into the creation of the Silver Moon Tea, leading to the conception of a suave, smooth green tea to complement the richness of traditional mooncakes and the delicate sweetness of snow skin mooncakes.
Also woven into TWG Tea’s beloved selection of tea-infused patisserie, the Silver Moon Tea-infused macaron come in a playful fuchsia meringue shell filled with a luxurious wild strawberry ganache.
