Breakfast King Tea, 50ml
Sugar Syrup 30ml
1. Infuse 8g of Breakfast King Tea in 400ml of water for 3.5 minutes. Remove the tea leaves.
2. Add whiskey into 50ml of infused Breakfast King Tea.
3. Pour the sugar syrup into an old-fashioned glass.
4. To create the layer effect, gently pour the Breakfast King Tea and whiskey over the back of a spoon.
5. Top with whipped cream and serve.
