Along the boundary of a natural forest, this tea plantation of the southern provinces of Rwanda rises from rich, drained soils at 2,200 metres above sea level, and enjoys regular and abundant rains most of the year. A rich and malty, broken-leaf black tea.
Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 2 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
