A precious second flush harvested from young tea plants, this single estate is inflected with luminescent silvery tips which are hand-selected early in the day to catch the morning dew. Delicately hand-rolled before being fermented in bright sunlight, this black tea boasts delightful fruity notes and a glistening golden infusion.
Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
