Situated in the Kurseong Valley, this tiny jewel of an estate reserves its best harvests each year for TWG Tea. The elegant infusion is very present in the mouth, warm and round, with a lingering, vibrant aftertaste.
Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
