This distinctive harvest of Yunnan - the birthplace of tea in China - contains a superior percentage of the highest quality buds. These golden-tipped leaves infuse into an amber cup with malty notes that are bright and prolonged, with a natural nutty flavour.
Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
