The golden-brown leaves of this remarkable TWG Tea vintage Pu-Erh infuse into a very dark and concentrated cup. Reminiscent of mushrooms and sun-baked earth, the infusion is strong and earthy with delicate overtones of terroir. Intense and penetrating, this complex tea remains profoundly present on the palate and is a sophisticated and marvellous daytime tea.
Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
