Philippe Langlois followed in his father’s footsteps as a pastry chef and started apprenticing at the tender age of 17. A specialist in working and transforming sugar into works of art, Philippe has over 30 years of extensive experience as a pastry chef and has created ethereal desserts, breads and patisseries for countless celebrated hotels, tea rooms and restaurants in Paris, Tokyo and around the world.
